    Hon. Elly Magwara, the Kasese district Deputy Speaker who recently lost in the FDC Primary elections for the Busongora North constituency MP seat in Kasese district has declared his independent candidature after citing irregularities, including Bribery by contestant.

    Addressing press conference in Kasese town, Hon. Magwara who looked disappointed with what he called open bribery acts that have always been peddled on the ruling NRM party said that his in-dependency candidature would give his electorates to decide who is right to represent them in future.     He said that the challenges faced by the youth and the elderly in areas of education and health would be his priority than keeping them in conflicts.

    In a related development, another FDC diehard. Hon. Ronald Bwambale Kabuku is likely back for the district local council five race after his supporters asked him to looking at what they describe as un free and fair recent party primaries.

    Speaking to Kasese guide radio shortly after a consultation meeting held in Kasese town this afternoon, Mr. Joel Nguru from central division like some others believed that their candidate has overwhelming from the locals but the un free party polls are frustrating his leadership chances.
