Hon. Robert Centenary, the out-going Member of Parliament for Kasese Municipality has reaffirmed his earlier pledge to make a follow up on some projects aimed at addressing Challenges of River Nyamwamba.
Hon. Centenary told this radio that plans are on to source for local contractors to construct gabions at deadly spots of the River Nyamwamba using part of the seven Million dollars that the government of Uganda borrowed on the approval of Parliament.

He said that the project does not only cater for the construction of the gabions but dislting, tree planting to protect the river bank and funding livelihood projects for the community neighboring the same river.
