Police in Kasese is holding a 35 year Old man on allegations of practicing homosexuality to a Fourteen year Old Minor.
No official Comment yet from Police but the district councilor representing Muhokya town council Hon. Nelson Masereka identified the suspect as, Mr. Elias Muhindo, a resident in Muhokya town council.
The seemingly disappointed Nelson told Kasese Guide Radio today that the suspect was arrested on Saturday evening after a tipoff from concerned residents about his immoral practices.
