    His Worship Kabyanga has urged his electorates over Corona Virus.

    The Mayor Kasese Municipality His Worship Godfrey Kabyanga has urged his electorates to follow the presidential directive against the prevention of Corana Virus.

    Speaking to Kasese guide radio at his offices in Kasese town yesterday, Kabyanga said he has directed all departmental heads to immediately submit their work plan to his office in regard to the directive from the head of state.

    Kabyanga reported that the town clerk called a crisis meeting with technical officers to come up with recommendations.

    In his presidential address to the nation about the pandemic at state house Entebbe on Wednesday, president Museveni ordered all school to close for one month starting today midday.

    Others affected are the public meetings, rallies for politicians, Restaurants, Lodges, Bars, night clubs and film halls among others.

    Kabyanga, appealed to the people to follow the presidential directive and ministry of health guidelines about prevention measures of COVID 19.

    Earlier, the regional over seer Pentecostal churches Uganda, Pr. James Hakiza used the same platform, hailing government for the intervention, but quickly said   the directive will affect church work plan.
