    The Kasese Municipal Mayor, His Worship Godfrey Kabyanga oversees more future health challenges especially among the school going girls whose parents he said have not done enough to reign over their movements during this COVID-19 lock down.

    Speaking to Kasese Guide radio yesterday, the Mayor who was scared of future un called for pregnancies among school going children wondered why movements by young girls were at its apex at a time they would be having productive moments with their parents during this lock down.     In an early this year`s interview with this radio, the Kasese district woman Member of Parliament, Hon. Winfred Bihande Kiiza warned against un necessary movements by young girls but for parents to guide their children on better ways of spending their holidays.

    She used the same opportunity to warm parents and guardians against marrying off their underage daughters but have them complete school for a better future. Hon. Kiiza speaking……..

    Earlier this month, the Kasese district chairman, Mr. Geoffrey Bigogo had asked learners to turn their individual homes into class rooms or else, they would face challenges when schools open. END
