High Court at Kasese has remanded Mr. Joseph Kule Machozi 39 years until 09th July 2024 for hearing of incest.
High court Presided over by Hon. Justice David Makumbi heard yesterday that on 31st, December 2022 while in Kyesero one village in Munkunyu sub-county, Kasese district Mr. Machozi was reportedly caught having sexual intercourse with his Biological daughter aged seven years.
Mr. Machozi took plea of not guilty and he will appear before Kasese high court on 9th July, 2024 as the state brings witnesses.

Same court also remanded Mr. Moshen Mumbere back to Mubuku Prison until 26th June, 2024 for hearing on charges of rape.
Court heard that on 10th March, 2021 while at one of the Gardens in Mpondwe Lhubiriha town council, Moshen forcefully raped a one Ms. Biira.
His defense lawyer Counsel Chan Geoffrey Masereka from Masereka Chan and Co. advocates denied the allegations on his client, saying he’s ready to defend him in court after he did thorough investigations about the allegations. Counsel Chan speaking……
Also High court send on remand Mr.Joackim Mabiire and four others until 10th.July.2024 for commencement of hearing on charges of murder.
Justice David Makumbi heard that on 26th May, 2020 while at Byamagimbi Breading Zone in Queen Elizabeth national park in Kasese district, the accused allegedly killed late Ali Kibaba. Whereas one of the suspects had earlier took plea of Guilty the remaining suspects led by Mr. Mabiire took plea of not guilty against the charges. END.
