High Court in Kasese has issued Criminal Summon to the Gombolola Internal Security Officer for Rukoki Sub County in Kasese district, Mr. Kikama Bwambale Geoffrey to answer charges of Murder, Kasese Guide radio has learnt.
Court Presided over by the High court Judge Hon. Justice David Makumbi heard that on 20th February, 2020 while at River Kigoro in Kasika Village, Rukoki Sub County, the Giso Mr. Kikama allegedly murdered his brother late Kikama Augustine Masereka.
State attorney Counsel Agitta Beth told court that Mr. Kikama Bwambale Geoffrey who is on bail was served by High court to turn up today but did not appear, asking court for adjournment to allow court make follow-up why the accused did not appear.
Hon. Justice David Makumbi who issued High court summon adjourned plea taking for Giso Geoffrey Bwambale Kikama until 14th October.2024.
