The Rwenzururu Queen, Her Royal Highness, Agnes Ithungu Asimawe has called for harsh punishments to men guilty of sexually assaulting their biological children.
Presiding over the International Women’s Day Celebrations for Kasese district held at Katunguru Primary school yesterday, the seemingly disappointed Her Royal Highness could not imagine that a reasonable father could gather feelings for a sexual affair with a biological daughter.
Her Royal Highness who insisted on harsh punishments for incestuals, proposed castration to any father who harasses a daughter sexually because such a parent is a shame to the community and the Kingdom.
