Ms Esteri Kabonesa, a roadside Matooke vendor in Kibito town council said she was almost abandoning her business over civil servants who took off to different directions on receiving reports that the RDC was hunting for them.
Speaking to Kasese Guide radio Last evening, Mr. Joshua said his operation was basically to associate with challenges faced by the health and education sectors in the district.
Mr. Joshua who said the absentee staff would be punished, added he was concerned that one out of the twelve medical staff at Kibati health center three in Kabonero subcounty had reported for work.
