One Stanley Kilolo, a local resident of Saluti B, Nyamwamba division in Kasese municipality has expressed concern over what he calls late coming by medical workers at Kasese municipal Health Center three.
The seemingly disappointed Mr. Kilolo who had come to meet the Kasese Resident District Commissioner over the matter, alleged before our reporter that whereas he and other patients were at the facility by 9am for medication, no medical worker had reported for duty; a situation he said was caused by poor supervision strategies, laziness and lack of passion for work by individual civil servants. In a phone call interview over the same matter, Mr. James Mwiruwabo, the facility in charge, described the information as mere speculation; asking patients to bear with the situation in situations where medics are busy on duty. Mr. Mwiruwabo speaking….
In his speech during a security meeting at the Kasese Multipurpose hall this week, Lt. Joe Walunsimbi, the Kasese Resident District Commissioner asked the medics to practice their ethical code of conduct if they were to fulfill their roles as expected. END
