Mr. Jockus Bwambale, a health worker at Kasese Municipal Health Centre three alleged of selling Government drugs to patients at the facility is expected to face disciplinary action, the Municipal town clerk, Mr. Theophelous Tibihika has said.
Tibihika says the action on Jockus will deter other health workers against repeating the same mistake at their facilities.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio last evening at his office, Mr. Tibihika said it’s unfortunate that such misconduct happen in health facilities, urging public servants to follow the ethical code of conduct.

On Monday, Mr. James Mwiruwabo, the health in charge clarified that management had cautioned Jockus about the importation of drugs believed to be from his drug shop into the facility for business but in vain, asking the town clerk to transfer him. END.
