Market vendors in Mpondwe market in Mpondwe-Lhubiriha town council in Kasese district have called for urgent interventions into the lacking health environment in their market.
They are concerned that other than failure to have a shelter and water tap for vendors, roaming domestic animals were turning a big challenge to the traders, according to Mr. Ndagano Muhindo, the market treasurer who talked to our reporter shortly after a stakeholders’ meeting yesterday.
