A section of local leaders and community members in Railway Ward in Kasese Municipality have threatened to stage a peaceful demonstration against a reported move to hand over Railway primary school to South Rwenzori Diocese.

To Mr. Selevano Syabugha, the secretary for the elderly in Kidodo cell said what he called the unacceptable move was an indication that there were gaps in the relationship between the head teacher and the community.
