Mr. Zepher Mubingwa, the Deputy RDC in charge of Busongora County in Kasese district has arrested head teacher for Kirembe primary school over chasing Pupils from UPE School.
While giving directions to the head teacher for Kirembe primary school, Ms. Razia Pokopoko and chairperson school management committee, Mr. George Bwambale, the Deputy RDC Mr. Mubingwa ordered the head teacher and management committee chairperson not to work contrary to the UPE policies that require no pupil to be send out of school for fees. The Head teacher for Kirembe primary school, Ms Razia pokopoko confirmed having chased away pupil to go for their parents as she claimed this would not only enable them register pupils but also fulfill the pledges of paying development fee by parents.

The Chairperson School management committee for Kirembe primary school, Mr. George Bwambale told the RDC that parents had agreed to pay some school dues but this never helped him from making a statement at Police. Mr. George speaking……
