Mr. Eriphaz Muhindi, the Kasese district local council five Chairperson has asked the district production office to guide the local population about how to deal with the planting season now that rains have delayed.
He also asked the local farmers to adjust but continue consulting the technical people about the planting time now that the rains seem un predictable.
