It looks strange but true, residents of Rwakingi B village in Bugoye Sub County, Kasese district woke up into shock after sighting part of the grave opened by unknown people last night.
No police statement yet but the District councilor Representing Mubuku town council,Hon. Elijah Okech confirmed the information saying the motive of the yet to be identified trying to exhume the body buried two weeks in concrete after committing suicide is scanty.
