Lt. Joe Walunsimbi, the Kasese Resident District Commissioner has warned graduates against unethical conduct such as greed and corruption, saying such vices are very unproductive.
Presiding over the awarding of Makerere University Administrative law certificates to 23 graduates of Kasese study centre, held at Kasese Auto Spa in Kasese town, Walunsimbi advised graduates to use the knowledge and skills acquired to contribute to the development of the district.
He described Administrative law certificate as a legal document and requirement in public service which he said is recommended among all administrators.
Walunsimbi, requested Makerere University to extend Diploma courses in law at Kasese study centre, so as to create room for upper grading students. Lt. Walunsimbi speaking……
Dr.Oscar Mugula, the National Coordinator, life for long learning, said the aim of introducing short courses in various study centers across Uganda is to create community relationship with Makerere University.
