Shadow Minister for Local Government, Hon. Betty Naluyima calls for streamlined payment systems in government to minimize audit queries among civil servants.
In an interview with Kasese guide radio shortly after presiding over Parliamentary accounts committee meeting held at Hoima district headquarters yesterday(22nd.June.2022), Hon. Betty contends that some of the audit queries are system generated and end up tempting civil servants into acting selfishly.
