Mr. Ernest Basolene, the local council one chairman for Kyanya Upper cell like other local residents in Ibanda Kyanya town council in Kasese district, has commended government for fulfilling most of her pledges to the local community in the area.
During a community meeting chaired by Mr. Erifaz Muhindi, the Kasese district local council five chairmen at the town council headquarters over the weekend, Mr. Basolene who appreciated government for the water scheme and renovation of Mubuku youth skills center among others however, asked the Museveni political regime to expedite plans for tarmacking the Kisanyarazi-Bugoye-Ibanda-Nyakalingijo road to ease communication to boost trade, tourism and marketing of agricultural outputs.
