High Court at Kasese has adjourned to June 16th 2025 the hearing of a murder case against Mr. Geoffrey Bwambale Kikama, the GISO for Rukoki subcounty in Kasese district.
Court Presided over by High Court Judge, Hon. Justice Lawrence Tweyanze heard that on 20th February 2020, the accused killed his biological brother, Mr. Augustine Masereka Kikama near River Kigoro in Kasika village, Rukoki subcounty in Kasese district.
Speaking to our reporter shortly after today’s court session, the defense counsel, Mr. Michele Geoffrey of Spero and Co. Advocates said court adjourned following a successful prayers by prosecution to give them time to present more evidence over the matter. Mr. Michele speaking….
Mr. Ham Kikama, a relative to both the deceased and the accused, welcomed the decision by the Judge now that they feared the evidence filed with the prosecution, could be tempered with. END
