    Four more truck drivers tested positive to COVID-19 yesterday.

    Four more truck drivers put of 1,578 tested positive to COVID-19 yesterday according to the tests done by the Uganda Virus Research Institute – UVRI.

    According to the Ministry of Health, all the drivers are Tanzanians who arrived into the country through the border at Mutukula, forcing the positive cases in tbe country to 79.

    Also sampled were 411 samples from the community in Uganda who all tested negative. Uganda has so far discharged 47 COVID-19 patients who have recovered and tested negative to the virus, the latest being the yesterday patient who was discharge yesterday at Mulago National Specialized hospital.
