    Former town clerk for Kisinga T/C has finally handed over office to his predecessor

    The former town clerk for Kisinga town council in Kasese district, Mr. Bihanikire Godwin has finally handed over office to his predecessor, Mr. Alfred Baluku, with a call on Civil servants to always be flexible each time they are transferred.

    Presiding over the Handover ceremony the Deputy Chief administrative officer Kasese district, Mr. Samuel Ssenku asked civil servants to take up new positions of their responsibilities as long as they are working in the Uganda. Mr. Ssenku on handover……

    In his Report the outgoing town clerk Mr. Godwin Bihanikire said his delay to handover office was to handle internal issues that would create room for the incoming town clerk to deliver effectively.

    He cautioned the new town clerk Mr. Alfred to make proper accountability of government funds, saying every citizen in Kisinga town council is concerned about the implementation of government funds.Mr. Bihanikire two on funds……
