    Former GISO for Rukoki S/C’ court bail extended until 1st February, 2023

    The Kasese chief magistrate’s court has further extended Court Bail of Mr. Kikama Bwambale Geoffrey, the former GISO for Rukoki subcounty until 1st February, 2023 where he is to be committed to High court.

    Court presided over by the chief magistrate, Her Worship Betty Ajok heard that while at River Kigoro in Kasika village on 20th February 2020, Mr. Kikama allegedly murdered his young brother, the late Augustine Kikama Masereka.

    Prosecutor Counsel Godfrey Oundo asked the Chief Magistrate to give him more time to have the accused’s file complete.

    Counsel Geoffrey Bigogo, the plaintiff’s lawyer from Tayebwa and is a constitutional right and does not save any accused from the hook of the law. Counsel Bigogo speaking………..

    Similarly, the same court extended court bail for eleven people from Kasika village in Rukoki subcounty until 22rd February 2023.

    The duo are accused of malicious damage of property belonging to Mr. Geoffrey Kikama. END
