Former forest reserve guard in Kanyampara in Kasese district, Mr. Jackson Ngasu has swallowed his pride, apologizing to the Kasese Chief Administrative Officer whom he officially handed over his instruments of power, Mr. Mustafa Kikusa, the CAO’s principal administrator has confirmed.
In an interview with Kasese Guide Radio at his office at the district headquarters yesterday, Mr. Kikusa who asked those with complaints to continue reporting to the OC police, revealed that Mr. Ngasu had apologized, handed over instruments of power and pledged to work with the district leadership to reserve the forest.
