The former Centenary bank manager of Bwera, Mr. Edgar Kule is now a free man after completing his five year sentence at Mubuku farm prison in Kasese district.

Speaking to Kasese Guided radio after meeting his family at Mubuku valley secondary school, Mr. Edgar described prison as another world that one should leave with tale to guide society.
