Eight religious Sisters from the Congregation of the Daughters of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus, Banyateresa, professed their perpetual vows with a call on them to be obedient and non-materialistic if they to ease their service to God.
The eight who profess Poverty, chastity and obedience before the altar of Christ witnessed by the congregation Superior General Rev. Sr. Seraphine Kaitesirwa and the Ordinary of Fort portal Diocese, Rt. Rev. Dr. Robert Muhirwa includes among others; Sr. Priscilla Akiiki, Sr. Christine Ahurra Adyeeri, Sr. Hilda Tumwesige Adyeeri, Sr. Lucy Nyangoma Amooti all from Hoima Diocese and Sr. Christine Kabisembo Abwooli and Sr. Mary Kasingye Ateenyi from Mbarara Arch-diocese among others.

In a related manner, Sr. Susan Kabugho, Sr. Marceline Biira, Sr. Valeria Biira, from the diocese of Kasese, four from Fort-portal diocese, one from Hoima Diocese and another from Rwanda, also celebrated their religious Silver jubilee.
