The Chairperson Local Council three for Nyakiyumbu sub-county in Kasese District, Mr. Sunday Peter Kakule has urged fishmongers to be more vigilant and security cautious against suspected Allied Demoncratic forces-ADF remnants.
He said members of the public are no longer exhibiting great levels of vigilance, as they go along with their daily routines.
Kakule noted high level of complacency and relaxed behavior, poor access controls, lack of search and screening processes at all venues, which is very dangerous he said.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio last evening, Kakule said the public, must therefore keep up the momentum in the fight against terrorism and closely monitor our surroundings. Mr. Kakule one speaking…. Â
