Fish farmers in Busongora South constituency in Kasese District have asked local and central governments to look into the possibility of fully supporting them so as to turn their business into viable commercial fish source to improve their living conditions.
Presenting a report to their Member of Parliament for Busongora south, Hon Jackson Mbaju Kathika on his tour in Rukoki Sub County, the Kabughabugha young farmers` association leaders, Mr. Mulera Kule and Mr. Joackim Haris who revealed that the venture was profitable enough to improve their incomes said that whereas they had struggled to procure fingerlings, feeding them was a challenge until their Legislator intervened.
