Properties worth millions of shillings was on Wednesday night lost in a fire that gutted a house in Kikonzo cell, central division in Kasese Municipality.
The fire destroyed vital house equipment’s and documents in the house.
No official comment yet from Police, but the area local council one chairperson, Mr. Samson Kapamba confirmed the information saying the house had no occupant by the time of the incident.
Kapamba, warned people against the habit of living their houses empty at night, saying criminals take advantage to terrorize the area.

Mr.Yofesi Bwambale Lhuhalha, who rushed at the scene identified the landlord as, Mr.Nicodemas Masereka Kalhungulha, a resident in the same area.
