Properties worth millions of money are reported destroyed after fire gutted a house in upper customs cell in Mpondwe-Lhubiriha town council, Kasese district.
Police spokesperson for Rwenzori East Region, ASP Nelson Tumushiime confirmed the information and identified the landlord as, Mr. Dekule Isambiro a resident of Upper customs cell.
ASP Tumushiime, who said police is investigating the cause of fire, pledged to give details to the press after thorough investigations.
