Hon. William Musabe Nzoghu, the FDC parliamentary flag bearer for Busongora County North in Kasese district, blames the slowing development in his constituency to his absence in parliament, adding that he was to complete his service delivery missions should he be voted back to the house.
Addressing hundreds of his supporters at the launch of his political campaigns at Kirabaho-Kabatunda town council yesterday, Hon. Nzoghu who was proud of lobbying six town councils, roads and electric power extension to the rural areas in his constituency, claimed he was disturbed on seeing service delivery reportedly at standstill since his exit from parliament.
