Ms. Paskeziah Kabugho, the Headmistress of Muhokya Primary school in Muhokya town council has attributed the low levels of education in the area to farming activities in Rutooke Mini-Irrigation scheme.
She observed that attendance of learners at the school is seasonal and this has greatly affected their performance.
