Mr. Aganatia Bwambale, the local council one chairperson for Kalingwe village in Kisinga sub-county has called for collaborated effort between the local community and Police to arrest and prosecute people reportedly destroying the quality of coffee in Kasese District.
This follows complaints from coffee farmers in Kalingwe that some middlemen were allegedly using youths to steal coffee cherries at night and buy them at low price, therefore compromising coffee quality.
