Farmers in Kasese district have been alerted to switch to planting now that the season has started, the Kasese municipal agricultural officer Mr. Asanairi Bukanywa has said.
According to Mr. Asanairi this season that started on 5th this month is very short and will require farmers to plant their crops early now that it has started raining before it leaves them behind.
He warned farmers to know that farming is a business that needs good preparations before he lashed at farmers who are still having bushy gardens with standing cotton trees to wake up as this affects good production. Mr. Bukanywa speaking……
