Mr. Asanairi Bukanywa, the Kasese Municipal Agricultural officer has repeated his earlier advice to farmers whom he asks for timely preparations of their gardens to improve the quality and quantity of crops.
Mr. Bukanywa told this radio that one of the biggest challenges frustrating crop production in Kasese Municipality, are farmers cleaving themselves to their traditional way of farming against the technically tested methods of agriculture.
He describes this week`s rains as a warning to farmers whom he expects to have completed clearing and ploughing their gardens for planting soon. Mr. Bukanywa Speakingā¦ā¦
