    Excitement as cyclists from Pan African cyclists of East Africa arrived in Kasese.

    There was excitement among residents as the cyclists from Pan African cyclists of East Africa arrived in Kasese Municipality in Kasese district.

    Speaking to Kasese guide radio later on after, the General  Secretary for Pan African cyclists Dr. Mugabi Rubahamya the ride is among others aimed at sensitizing the East African member State citizens about the importance of  the East African integration that would similar and joint policies to conserve the environment, promote tourism, integration of humanity and promote unity among member states.

    The Kasese Municipal environmental officer, Ms Evelyn Mugume asked the local residents to put to implementation of conserving nature by planting fruit trees among others that will not only be a source of fuel but also purify the area they breath and improve the diet at family levels. Ms Evelyn speaking……

    The Kasese Deputy RDC, Mr. Joshua Masereka described the ride as a historical event that will not only sensitize the East African member States on the importance of integration but also unite the energetic youth on the use of sports for unity and good health that must be empressed by the young people in Kasese.     Earlier, Dr. Rubahamya had reminded the people of Kasese to respect humanity without looking at where they come from. END.
