The Curate Hima Catholic Parish, Rev. Fr. Thomas Blessing Bamanyisa has encouraged believers in Christ to entrust the New Year in the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God.
In his homily while presiding over Holy Mass at Hima Parish Church, Fr. Bamanyisa who congratulated Christians upon reaching 2025, urged them to be hopeful that everything with Jesus Christ through the intercession of his Mother will be realized this year.

Fr. Bamanyisa warned parents and guardians against using vulgar language on their Children which he said does not only affect them spiritually but also makes their future complicated.

Meanwhile, the Parish Priest for St Francis of Asis Kidodo Pastoral Centre Rev. Fr. Richard Businge Sausi, has advised Christians to embrace Prayer in their endeavors to enable God respond to their requests this New Year 2025.
In his Homily while Presiding over New Year’s Holy Mass yesterday, Fr. Sausi said it is important for Christians to identify their needs, saying the practice guides believers in Christ during prayer than asking God for things that seem uncoordinated.
