The popular Kawanga area near Kasese Cobalt Company limited in Kasese Municipality was this morning turned into a market like as the local community members filled the area for glimpse as an elephant struggled to get out of a septic tank.
According to the locals who called for urgent fencing of the remaining party of Queen Elizabeth National park, the wild beast, one of which they suspect have been destroying crops, fell in the septic tank late at night at a time the area had no power. Ms. Susan speaking……
