Rev. William Thembo, the assistant archdeacon Mahango has urged the district education department to strengthen its inspection role to improve the quality of education.
He said that it is only through strict inspection and regular supervision that one can know whether teachers are teaching and students attending class through roll calling.
Rev.William made the remarks last evening while addressing political leaders and stakeholders of Nyakabingo sub-County at Nyakabingo primary school.
