The Acting police spokesperson for Rwenzori East Region, SP Luka Mbusa has confirmed that the hunt was on for the driver who reportedly knocked, Miracle Muhindo, a primary one learner at Parental Care Preparatory school in Kasese Municipality.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio last evening, SP Mbusa who identified the victim’s parents as one Ms Zaulia Kasambangene and Mr. Tom Basigirenda, identified the vehicle as a Wish model car registrations number, UBN 728L whose errant yet to be identified driver, is on the run.
He asked schools along roads to deploy guides for the safety of their learners. SP. Mbusa speaking ………
