A yet to be identified driver of a car has been arrested by police for knocking a minor in Kasese Municipality.
No officer comment yet from Police but some local residents in Kizungu, including Godwin Bwambale allege that the driver they describe as inhuman, later reversed the yet to be identified car with intentions to finish off the life of a seven year old school boy he had knocked seconds before.

The suspect is already detained at Kasese Division police Station as investigations commence, as the victim receives treatment at Mt. St. Mary`s hospital in Kasese Municipality.
