Ms Rachael Muhindo, a midwife at Kamaiba Hospital in Kasese Municipality calls for enough drinking of water without which, IT WILL results into dehydration among humans.
Facilitating at one day health camp organized by AFRIDA at Kithoma trading centre in Buhuhira sub-county in Kasese district where over seven hundred patients received free health care services, Ms Racheal said water plays a key role in many of the body’s functions, including bringing nutrients to cells, getting rid of wastes, protecting joints and organs, and maintaining body temperature.
She listed feeling thirsty, strong-smelling pee, peeing less often than usual, feeling dizzy and tired, a dry mouth, lips and tongue and sunken eyes as some of the signs of dehydration. Ms. Rachael speaking1…..
