Residents of Bukonzo County East in Kasese District have been urged to take ownership of government programs brought to them so that they can benefit.
Dr.Julius Monday Rude, the Constituency NRM Chairperson said the Parish Development Model strategy among others should be used to improve people’s incomes.
He commended Government for constructing four bridges in Bukonzo County East, he believes will boost business in the area.

Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio last evening in Kasese town, Dr.Rude advised the local community to utilize every opportunity put in place by government to fight against poverty.
He also urged the newly recruited members in NRM party not to succumb to pressure from the opposition but stick to the party idealogy. END.
