Dr. Joy Muhindo, the Kasese Municipal health officer has warned the public against poor disposal of used pampers and Menstrual Pads, she described as unhygienic.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio today at her office in Kasese town, Dr. Joy, who called for proper waste disposal, noted that the community had reportedly mixed garbage with used pampers and pads and dispose them along the way.
She appealed to the law enforcement officers and the public to implement by-laws that prohibits poor waste disposal or else people will contract various diseases. Dr. Joy Speaking….
