Kasese Chief Magistrate’s Court has today remanded Dr. Hajji Abdu Kasita to Mubuku Government Prison until 4th September, 2024 on allegations of Murder.
Court Presided over by her worship Betty Ajok heard that on 10th August, 2024 while in Kogere cell in Kasese Municipality, Dr.Hajji Abdu Kasita is alleged to have poisoned with Rolex Chapatti, the late Caroline Mbambu 8 and late Catherine Kabugho 10, his step children.
Counsel Luke Kanyonyi, from Kanyonyi and Co. Advocates, told Kasese Guide Radio in a separate interview this evening that since Dr.Hajji Abdu Kasita, s case is Capital, he will be arraigned before High Court after investigations about two counts of Murder are complete. Cousel Kanyonyi speaking…….
