Some National Resistance Movement cadres in the greater Kyabarungira have described as a bad culture for politicians lauding only messages on unfulfilled government pledges but adamant to popularize the many State funded programs already benefiting the local community.
During a shared discussion chaired by Dr. Cripus Kiyonga, the Kasese district NRM chairperson, some cadres who were appreciating the guidance by the former NRA fighter were concerned that even when government had supported the youth, women, worked on some roads, supplied agricultural inputs, built health facilities and schools, criticisms to the ruling party has taken center stage in most gatherings by opposition politicians.
