Mr. Julius Kyasuba, the chairperson local council three for Mahango Sub-County in Kasese district has warned mourners who are attending burials in Mahango against turning the ceremonies into sinful.
Addressing mounres yesterday at the burial of late Pedson Mumbere Muhesi 36 years old in Butalimuli Village, Kyasuba said he was worried with hundreds of people who are crowded in burial ceremonies at night but engaging in sinful acts. Mr. Kyasuba speaking……
