The body of the late Lazarus Thembo Mayani who was discovered dead at a garbage dumbing area in Namanve in Kampala Capital City, has been laid to rest with a call on mourners to appreciate that fact that they were sinners and need to be repentant.
Presiding over Requiem Service at the deceased’s ancestral home in Kasokero-Kaliba village in Kyondo sub county in Kasese district yesterday, Rev. Deacon, Hillary Katsetsere argued mourners against judging others but rather make an audit of their acts and repent because they do not know the location, the day and time to die.

Representing the Kyondo sub county leadership, Hon. Rosemary Biira, the subcounty secretary for Social services, attributed the increasing cases of theft and sanitation challenges in the area to mainly the local council one chairpersons, some community and family members who shield suspects for selfish reasons.
