Hon. Godfrey Kabbyanga, the Minister of State for National Guidance has cautioned politicians in Kasese against apportioning blame but rather join security to fight any repeat of the recent ADF attack in the district.
In his address to hundreds of people before the Minister of Defense, Hon. Vincent Sempijja at Mpondwe-Primary school this afternoon, Hon. Kabbyanga asked the politicians from Kasese to guide the masses on how best the they can be safe than taking time into pointing fingers.

Kabbyanga who said it was un common for rebels to attack any area where they have no collaboration, asked the local community politicians and the local leaders to invest into pointing at collaborators he said seem to have infiltrated the local population if security was to do a good job. Maj. Gen. Dick Olum, the Commander Officer for Operations Shujja in the DR Congo and Mountains Brigade in Uganda said whereas they had rescued children and a woman, they were not part of the students who were abducted last week.
He said they had arrested and killed some suspected ADF operators and were doing their best to save the lives of the abductees now that the bandits in the UPDF control were giving virtual clues.
