Rt. Hon. Baritazale Benson Kule, the Rwenzururu Kingdom Premier has called for more consciousness and thorough consultations by the agitators of subdividing Kasese district into more administrative units.
For years now, a section of politicians have been mobilizing the local community members for the possibility of subdividing the district into other new administrative units but in vain.
Addressing the media at his office in Kasese Municipality yesterday, Rt. Hon. Baritazale said whereas the idea of subdividing the district could be ok among the kingdom subjects and political leaders, the move sounds empty should the agitators fail to consult the relevant individuals and institutions over the matter he said should not personalized.
